You'd sell out within the first hour and then could get the heck out of there.Deepshade Creationshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02509420305498598943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29321054.post-3334754839753843332010-05-20T00:24:14.195-04:002010-05-20T00:24:14.195-04:00This reminded me of a terrible, horrible, no good,...This reminded me of a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day my fiance and I had this past December. We signed up to be vendors at a show, and paid the extra money to be indoors, rather than out. Duh. It's December. So we show up at the place the night before (set-up was the night before), head into the well-marked, very warm and toasty building, and find the guy in charge. "Oh hello! Let me check my list. Actually, you're in Building 2." Building 2? There's more than this? Yeah, it was that well-marked. We trot along behind The Guy in Charge and enter Building 2. I immediately gasp as the cold air hits my face and creeps in under my coat and into my shoes. Maybe it will be heated tomorrow, when the show's actually started. Um. No. Miserable doesn't cut it. We took a small space heater and practically draped ourselves across it and were the envy of the vendors in Building 2. We weren't really the envy of the shoppers because Building 2 didn't see many of them. They all went to well-marked Building 1 and didn't know about poor little stepchild Building 2. The few who stumbled upon it left as quickly as their frozen feet could carry them. The End.Rebekah {honey and cheese}http://www.honeyandcheese.comnoreply@blogger.com
